i dont think favre will be happy until hes in a wheel chair. he wont help the vikings much if he does at all unfortunately. they have 3 outstanding players and 2 arent allowed to play. not looking good.

obviously he didnt help enough. he joined in a team that didnt make the playoffs and guess what, they didnt make the playoffs. for every td he threw he matched it with ints. hes just not what a team needs if they are looking for him to be a starting qb. he could help in development of young players but i dont think thats gonna happen. seeing as how the current rumor is the vikings are shopping jackson around.

Cunningham took the Vikings to the NFC Championship game -

Of course I was a Favre fan when he played for us. Still am. I was able to watch the Jets last year with detached indifference. I don't know about him being the BEST player (I think Bart gets that), but right up there.

I simply object to purple. It's ugly.

They weren't washed up at all, they were great qbs, but they were older. They had a good supporting cast (except George). The Vikes need a decent qb to get the eight men out of the box and let AP loose.

I wish I could have seen the Pack with Moss and Driver and Jennings with Farve when Farve wanted Thompson to sign Moss....

I'd agree with that 100% - if we can get the other teams away from putting 8 in the box by having a decent passing game - we will be a dangerous team this year.

If I quit my job at my GM dealership, does that mean I can't go work at the Ford dealer down the road...NO! I'm still a huge Favre fan and always will be (except when the Pack plays the Viqueens).
