G.I Joe
Saw it last night with the kids. I have to say definitely the best of the summer. I would even say it was the best toy/comic brought to movie ever, EVER! It was:
Funny as hell
Had great action
Supper HOT Chicks
And have just enough back stories on all the main characters without over taking the movie
Highly recommend!

It was good action, but after hours of explosions and karate/sword fighting, it's all the same imo. A little boring. But I was anxious to get my truck out of Discount tire to test out the new BFG's

Saw it yesterday, the perfect movie for putting your brain on pause and just watching some good action and special effects.

The black haired chick makes the movie worth watching.
The fighting and vehicles and special effects and all that is cool too.

GI Joe was the worst fucking movie I've seen in a long time. IF you're that fucking retarded, and you have that little of an attention span to call that movie "good" then you shouldn't be allowed to have children.
It amazes me that people this year said GI Joe and Terminator were good. This is why Hollywood sucks. Because zombies keep going to see movies like these

I've wondered about the GI Joe movie. I also had high hopes for the new Termi movie, and I was dissapointed in that. The new one was nothing like the first 2!

Not to thread jack but I'd like to lump in the new Transformers movie into the movies that suck catagory as well. The wife and I went to see it this past weekend. Lets just say, we still have no idea how it ends!!! 1 hour of torture was all we could stand.. We've desided the next time we want to waste money we'll just throw it out the fucking window on the E-way...

A few good action movies:
True Lies
Aliens
Lethal Weapon (first one)
The Matrix (first one)
The Dark Knight
Ironman
Movies with explosions don't automatically have to be filled with wooden acting and 5th grade level dialogue. It's just that most of them seem to.
As for GI Joe, I'll wait. Any movie that is not released for critics to review is almost always a guaranteed stinker. The studio is hoping to recoup their investment before word-of-mouth can sink it.
