    Jay,

From a creative stand point, you need to make yourself look taller or at least make your legs look longer. Maybe shoot up at you or at least pull your bikini string up a tiny bit to elongate your legs or a much smaller bikin all together.

And definately lose those shoes. Get a much thinner heel and maybe make it strappy. Remember, you're trying to look sexy, not like a good girl at your parents pool party. Oh, and black goes with EVERYTHING.

And if you wear shorts or a skirt, you need to make them smaller too, to show more thigh, which in turn makes your legs look that much longer. In all these cases, smaller is much better in making you look not so small.

Goodluck, and please only take this constructively.....i'm not bashing one bit.

Jaison's already talked to me about his shoots as well. I'm getting mine all ready to go and i'm prepping my clothing lines next shoot too. Man, it's tough.

Remember, camera angles are what makes a pic.

so.. can i ask for feedback on these? BTW not even close to the ones i'll submitt but just some feedback would be helpful to relay to my photographers...
THis pic is good. You look good in black, and those shoes are nice.

THe other one, like sommer said, the shoes are horrible. Not only stop wearing them in photoshoots, but just throw them away period. In your bikini shots, pull the straps on the sides up on your hip, like he said it not only will make your legs look longer, but show more hip etc. it just looks better. And SMALLER bikini bottom just like he said. Hes right on with everything he told you. Light colors dont work for you either unless you got a much darker tan or something. Basically the way you are dressed in some of those shots it makes ya look "blocky".

so far my two photoguys said they'll have their shots selected and cleaned up no later than next week.. hang tight i only got back some shots.. just none they thought would be good to submit...
Actually, as a photographer, my feedback is that the shot needs to be taken either much earlier in the day or later in the evening to cut down on the light streaming in from behind. Also no artificial lights on in the shop.
The floor I would either photoshop to darken it to make less noticeable the dirt specks and oil spots. The overall shot is too light. The model herself is washed out. I would have used studio lights late in the evening and I also have a fog machine that would look cool too while blurring out the detail in the floor. The cars in the back ground don't need to show up that much, they are not the focus of the shot. For me as a shooter leading a girl into her "pose" is like "fore play". You shoot a hundred shots or even two hundred shots until you've open her up to having fun and then the great expressions come out! Also another thing I might play with is to blur out everything behind the car out in Photoshop, if the shooter can't do it with a low F stop on the camera.

In this shot the color is greenish so I suspect the tube lights overhead were on. Again, studio lighting to correct the color balance. The outfit doesn't do it for me at all. The skirt looks too big making her look like she has uh, "bad geometry" shall I say nicely? Modeling is like acting, imagine you are a "bad girl" and trying to entice your "mark" to get into your man's wallet or get his gun (less feministic?). Imagine you are a spy in a James Bond movie... How about a very short evening dress so short the bikini shows and low cut on the top? Or an outfit from Frederick's, panty hose with straps? Doesn't have to be anything more revealing, just enticing! Or a very small bikini (or pasties on top) covered up with shaving cream? (to resemble whipped cream)... Have fun! Also darken and blur out the floor and background... Remember, what's the focus? Model and uhhhh, oh yeah, the car too!

This one is too light and the model is just standing there, no fault on you (model) The photographer is not doing his / her job.... I stay away from whites and pastel colors for clothes. I would photoshop the dolly and the whole background out... Or in my case I'd be using my "green" screen. Ma'am, you've got the looks, OK? We just need to get you relaxed and have fun with it. Sometimes I take my girls out to whatever they would enjoy to get them to loosen up, a drink in a small pub, ice cream , candy store for some chocolate etc., then at the shoot have a collection of music ready to play her favorites to get her comfortable and relaxed, play it at the volume where you can still communicate. Make her your lady of the stage, not the car! Have the fun with the shoot!

    Check out this web site:
    http://www.fredericks.com/
    all class & no sluttiness.
These girls know how it's done!
I'm a Christian and married. I don't do porn or anything like it.

I'm doing a full blown shoot in October or November (too hot now!). I still need a few more models but thats only because I'm just now ramping it up, that's the easiest part. I already have all the cars and a few Hawgs lined up. I have also on standby, a hair stylist and makeup artist. I will have a cafeteria length table loaded of expensive chocolates, fruits and non alcoholic drinks served with straws (we know why ladies for the straws, right?). I have a generator rented for my lights. I have two assistants, one being my wife who watches for the details and the other is carry my gold reflector to bend / throw light where I need it. I'll probably be using a lake for back drop. These are all my expenses and burning a few CDs. At the end of my "job" I offer anyone there (vehicle owners, models, helpers) I'll shoot with their rides, their mates, kids, etc...

No problem, I love talking about photography!
I'll be using Lake Grapevine most likely since I know some private spots...
    I'll keep you posted!

Let me know if you want to hook up anytime at a Barnes & Nobles, bring your camera and I can give you some pointers and practice exercises as well.
I like the store across from the Vista Ridge Mall. I go there to snack and read all the magazines for free!
