i would rest it in place at shows and such and forgot to remove it before driving off last week... retraced my steps but it was already long gone.....

So that would kind of suck with a glazed flywheel. i mean glazed friction material "heals" so to speak as you drive like a normal human being but i'd need the flywheel resurfaced to fix that..... I guess i'll be taking off nice n easy till the clutch gives out since i do NOT feel like tearing that apart right now.

well I didn't take advantage of the lift at ryan's but I got my header off. I practiced welding stainless on scrap. I FAILED couldn't do it. I truely needed the tri mix gas. B/c I knew this would happen I had to remove the header at my dad's garage. The car is now down till thursday. I dropped off the header at a guy who can weld it for me. I will be picking it up on thursday. It will be a mad dash to put it back in thursday night. I work both jobs friday so that's out and will need saturday morning to detail the car and get ready for the party.

yeah... if the egr tubes aren't connected to an egr they just snap on these headers...

you got that right!!! Glad I am getting it fixed. I also noticed that my 1 of my plug wires is burned up. Have to call up mark at kyspeed to get another set. But car should be ready to roll for saturday

see if you can fab some covers for the plug boots... or maybe wrap the header but that wil make for hell on getting the boot back on the plug...

hmm...msd wires? if not i still have my stockers? I will pull off all of them tonight to find out if its only one damaged if its more than one ill put the stockers on for now and order new msd ones later
