New from GA

Hey everyone, Not an LS1 owner yet, doing a little research on here

Long time Turbo Buick owner, but looking for another ride and thought an LS1 would be a nice addition to the stable.

Any suggestions on which ones to look at? I've always heard the 01-02's are the ones to get.

Welome to the site! Whats all in the stable? What are you looking for a Camaro TA Vett or a Goat? Depends on what your plans are if your going to just go all out strip car then any year would work because most all would be pulled to go bigger if its going to be a street beast then yeah the later years would be better for you. But really any year would be great!

Right now I'm down to my 86' Buick T Type and 97' Plymouth Prowler.

Can't afford a vette, so a Camaro or TA will probably fit the bill. I'll also be wanting a street car. I usually use the Buick to bang on, but whatever I get will definitely see some track time.

Rome, not too far from you if you're in Bremen, actually just loaded up the Buick to go play at Steele today.

I know steele is a 1/4 mile track, but Calhoun is a whole lot closer, have you ever raced there?

Yeah, Calhoun is my "home" track. I usually race there every weekend. Just wanted to get some 1/4 mile action in today. There were some really fast cars there today.
