problem in NY, especially on long island and on the north shore is ANY club/bar you go to theres always those guido faggs who have never worked a day in their life with a brand new M6 or 745i BMW mommy and daddy bought them parked outside with $100's falling outta there wallets. Girls on LI dont need a guy who cant buy em a drink. They just move on to the next, not their fault just the way the culture is here on long island. I hate it personally. I went to this club thursday night called body english, there were 18 year old grls falling all over 35+ year old guys who were buying them w.e they wanted. Its sad and disgusting at the same time.

It's getting like that EVERYWHERE. Even here in NJ. Women go for the metro guys with the chip on their shoulder. Like starting arguments/fights with someone else is "sexy". Whatever. I have ceased contact with girls who look down on me like I'm a second class citizen. I have met girls in the past who didn't acknowledge my existance, they see me now in my new car, and I see their eyes light up. I'm not even gonna stick around to give them the time of day they denied me the first time. I can play head games too, but I can turn up the heat and make it sting longer for them.

i try to pay for things on a regular basis, because it's not fair for him to pay all the time. I cover some bills, and food for the house. I also do as much housework as needed, he works hard so i take care of him. period.

Don't hide it, just tell her either clubbing slows down or she starts picking up the tab a bit. Dude, you aren't made of money so if she can't handle it she isn't worth the time. She will either go with it or she will move on. If she jumps ship then she isn't worth the time.

They're not responsible... for anything. They can't be counted on for anything.

Anything they give is a bonus.

If they're giving enough bonus to keep you around, awesome. Hopefully, like I have, you can find a great girl who is great about everything. She helps keep things scheduled or keep me on track to get stuff done. She cleans up around the house. She does the dishes. She even makes some of the money. Maybe even as much as she spends. It's great that she does all this. She makes me feel loved. She does about anything I ask her to do. Does she have to? nope. She's not responsible for it at all. She just does it and it's awesome. Everything is a bonus to me. Even being around her is a bonus. I learned a long time to not count on her for things, but to be happy when I get them. It goes much further that way.

We're celebrating our 8th wedding anniversary next month. We've been together for 14 years. I don't need all my fingers on one hand to count the number of "fights" we've had. People constantly tell us they admire us for how happy we are together.
