I sold my car yesterday...She now lives with someone who is going to destroy her. When I went to drop her off, I looked at the other cars they have and they were all damaged in on way or another. and when they drove me home, the car was filthy...could barely see out the front window...I fill sorry for my baby....but I needed to cash so she had to go.

Don't know if this is okay by forum rules, but I now have for sale 4 SS wheels with brand new center caps and I also have the coveted SS spoiler for sale as well. If interested, let me know.

This thread is sad indeed. Selling an LSx car and seeing Scotrun, Pa. If there were any timeshares out there for a good price, I'd be out there right now.

Maybe, but when you have 4 kids, and not time to enjoy the car. I rather see someone drive her, then sit in the garage and go to waste.

It's sad to see another LSx car leave the nest. And I have fun in Scotrun. So what are you gonna replace the maro with?

Someone will enjoy it. If they are an F-Body nut, they will baby it as well as you did. I remember when I went on my Pocono vacation last year. A guy in a black/gold Firehawk or WS6 revved on me in Scotrun and I revved back. We were traveling in opposite directions. I practically broke my neck trying to see what it was as was my father. When my folks and I arrived in Pocono Manor, my father ran up to me and asked me what the black/gold car was. I was drooling. That was the first black/gold 4th gen T/A I had ever seen. Damn nice car.

Right now, Nothing. but I'm thinking of a Buick GN, a GMC Typhoon, or something from the dark side that has the number 500 in it. I'm not really diggin the new Camaro so that's outta the equation.

P.S. How can you have fun in Scotrun? Its a very small Village with not even a street light.

I told the kids father, to join some camaro Forums to learn about the car, and that in turn will keep the rear wheels behind him. if you know what I mean.

Typhoons are nice indeed. There's a guy who drives by my shop with a black Ty and I and Cuervo nod and give the thumbs up to the owner. Bad@$$ truck. Grocery getter, family transporter with BOOST under the hood.

Oh yeah. I know. I tell kids who want a V8 RWD car to be VERY careful when driving.

The drive out in Pa. is great. Traveling to Super Walmart on Rt 611 is fun. As is traveling to Crossings Outlets. It's so nice and peaceful out there in the Poconos. Been vacationing out there for two years and I am so relaxed.

I live 5 minutes from the Crossing. How do you get Its so nice and peaceful out there in the Poconos? for the past several yrs. traffic has been a nightmare and nothing but problems left and right. living here really does suck!

when i got rid of my mustang I put myself into the mindset that it doesn't exist anymore so I stopped wondering if the guy who bought it was going to ruin it. Sometimes its better not to know.

Dunno. I've never run into traffic when I go there, haha. Rt 611 is awesome too. I guess its a different environment and since I am usually on vacation, there really isn't a rush for me. I work religiously and tend to lose track of time. Then when I actually remember the "VACATION" word, I think Poconos. Nice drive out there, during, and coming back, although I dread coming back home. If I made more $$$, I'd probably buy a nice weekend cottage out there to get away from it all. And yeah, Jersey born and raised as well...and I love my Jersey.

A guy bought my S/C GT for his 16 year old son. He was going to teach his kid how to drive a manual transmission.

Mustav' had a heck of an insurance policy out on the boy. Life, not auto...
