my wifes TBSS VS. 96 Camaro Z28 *Vid*
recently a buddy of mine bought a 96 Camaro Z28 with a M6, 4.11s, CAI, mid-length headers and full exhaust. Well since he bought it he has been talking alot of shit about how fast it is etc. He wants to race the Goat, but this weekend the GTO is getting a cam swap, HPE S cam to be exact, so I tell him if he really wants to race me I can run the wifes TBSS. He of course is okay with it and me telling him "It'll give you hell on the low end but it's a brick past 80",LOL. His response was "it's always a brick, I probably shouldn't even waste my gas on an SUV". He is definitely a very serious guy, well we raced he won and I got it on video. Oh yeah the TBSS has an exhaust and CAI but has yet to be tuned.

Well with a tune it will be alot closer the LT1 would barely pull if that. I have to admit the camaro did good, although the SS is much heavier the LT either way did well. Get your tune and run him again im sure it will make it much closer to about 100mph, after that i dont know.

I get most of my races in the ss. Its perfect bait. And I still can't help but laugh everytime I beat someone, lol.
With the stang its obvious it means business but if they're not deterred I let them hear the turbos and that usually does the trick.99 35th GT: 5.0 stroker, twin 60 turbos, aeromotive return style fuel system, full suspension.

07 Trailblazer SS(wife's): 22s, 3200 stall, cammed and bolt ons, lowered. 405/405

Sadly I set it up for the track but don't take it. I even had some big and little torque thrust lls made. The tires still have stickers on them 3yrs later, lol. And recently I swapped to an auto with a manual valve body and transbrake.
Since its my daily and have little kids I really don't want to put a cage in it. I think it should be able to run deep into the 10s.
