    Mercedez SL 300 detailed..

    I detailed this car yesterday
The car looked great for being 5 years old, but the paint was as rough as sand paper to the touch
It took me 1.5 hours just to claybar the snot out of it, but it was well worthy, and the car really needed it... :O

Now, I did my basic process
Claybar with Blue Magic Claybar and DG Detailing Spray
I worked the paint with Some Menzerna and Blackfire Compund for Ceramic Clear paint
I followed with Blackfire Gloss Enhancer Polish
And finally a nice coat of Backfire Wet Diamond Sealant

Before while I was claybarring the hood...

For the trim on this green Corvette, I used Duragloss DG265 is a detail spray. Works great for the engine compartment and hard to reach areas.
I also use 1Z Einszett Vinyl Rubber Care and Protectant Tiefenpfleger as my back-up product

If you're interested in a good trim/plastic product, I would also recommend Fade2Black wich is also a detail spra sold by Chemical Guys...
