1993 Beretta GT for my God-Daughter...
She's doing driving lessons now, and this will be her 17th B-Day present this coming November once I go through it over the Summer and make it road-worthy in my mind...
towed it home today.... $55 in towing, and $40 in diesel...
A little pissed with myself that I didn't see the f'd up rear bumper last Saturday...
It appears she bumped into something, and I assume the absorber (if there is one) didn't flex back..
The fix? SawZall the plastic away from the rear tire... BOOOO!!!!
Gutted the trunk, found a little water under the spare, but no serious damages...
The worse was the rot right behind the passenger tail light... :-(
Will be looking for a center console ASAP...
Arrival...
Where did these go? Orange, Green, Gray
It's a good 20-footer car...
A nice pair...
The Good, The Bad & The Ugly - Here's all 101 pix from today...
Feel free to post and comment on any of the 101 pictures that concern you...

Today's investigation and continued dismantling...
As I expected, I had to cut the absorbers...
After cutting the passenger side first, the sucker bounced right back into the correct position... Almost a good two inches...
And will grind off the bolt heads tomorrow night...
Not sure how much metal will be left to mount new absorbers...
I also let the car idle for 20 minutes or so to check the cooling system...
ugh... more work to be had....
More to follow...
But here's a sneak preview...

That brings back some memories. You just don't see too many GT's on the road these days. Good luck with everything -- looks like you have plenty to do.
