Exactly what the hell is brisket? I had what someone called beef brisket once. It was just cheap ass roast reef floating in some kind of liquid in a crock pot. I honestly dont know if this was "brisket" but if it was you can keep it. However....If you wanna send something my way, I like my steak done med rare. lol

In the wrong hands, Filet Mignon can taste like a cheap cut of meat

Actually, Brisket is not the most tender cut. But, can be cooked to be

I was always under the assumption the brisket was actually the cut of meat outside the ribcage on the very bottom of the ribcage, basically the cows 'chest'.

were both right...its the top part of the rib cage (chest) and also where the neck joins in also..that huge chunk right there

I'm gonna ship a box of explosive brisket to your house. I'm pretty sure I still have your mailing address here somewhere.
How's the car coming and how's the service treating you? Haven't heard much from you in a long time.

I just want to try it because I see all these bbq joints doing mail order stuff and I'd like in on some of that one of these days maybe. Just out of curiosity more than anything else. I make some mean ass BBQ. I can out brisket anyone in this city that's for sure. I have some mean country ribs and boston butt too.

washington state?? You plan on growing a set of gills?? You'll never get to drive that car up there.
Probably not a side business because I have a feeling it's going to be a pain in the ass. The quality side of it is what worries me the most. BBQ is hard to pull off re-heated unless you do it on the grill or sauce the ever loving shit out of it. I don't sauce it heavy like that and most people probably aren't going to want to fire up a smoker to re-heat BBQ or they would've just cooked it themselves.

yeah i gotta feeling the car n bike wont get driven much but i just see it as being more of a treat when I can get around to driving them. I bought a truck for now to pull my shit up there but I hate it so I will sell it when I get there and buy something i would much rather drive everyday.
