Pewter- 2000 Camaro SS
What a horrible day!!!!!
What a bad day this turned out to be. After waking up to a beautiful sunny day here in California, I ended up having a horrible day. Some frickin' hippy driving a 1978 Motor Home (BIG PILE OF CRAP) decided to take out the entire front left section of my car. I'll make the story short. We were at a red light that had 2 right hand turn lanes. I was near the curb and he was in the lane next to me. When the light turned green, he made a hard right turn into my lane and scraped half of his PIECE OF CRAP across the front driver side of my car. The pictures speak for themselves. He even had the balls to get out and ask me why I HIT HIM?!?!?!?! Thank goodness I had 2 eye withnesses.

Man that sucks!! I hope you got all his information!! Have his poor ass pay for that shit!
Makes me sad just looking at it .
I have had a million close calls, but so far are just limited to a few scrapes here and there on the front. Thankfully only noticable at close distance. As for the rear thats a different story. Damn Orlando cops!!

I just had that happen to me a couple of months ago. But I made out on it and didnt have to replace any structural or the headlight. Mine only got the bumper and fender. Man I am sorry to hear about that.

I just got a phone call from the repair shop. The insurance adjuster wrote the estimate. They are replacing the hood . Total repairs will be $5500.00. I bet that STUPID HIPPY's insurance company will drop his dumb ass after this. Serves that moron right for the way he acted. Just thought I would let everyone know the cost, I couldn't believe it did that much damage.

I hit a deer, and the damage was almost identical to yours, I think repair was 4400 or so, replaced hood, light , fender, bumper, etc. I guess that's what insurance is for

Too bad you didn't get as lucky as me. I found all the parts for mine from GMMG off of a o2 Dick Harrell car that was getting ready to be transeformed. I got both fenders and bumper cover in white for $250. I installed all the parts and I had about $350 in my repair after buying a couple of brackets and pocketed the other $1500.

Guys, the hood is in fact being replaced with an OEM Hood, $2000. My old hood is definitely repairable according to the body shop, but they just know how much I care about this car so they fought tooth and nail to get me a new hood.
They are letting me have the hood and now I want to know how much I should ask for it if I sell it. It has a small spot on the driver side of the hood and a small crack underneath. Can someone give me a rough idea?

A long long time ago while I was over in Gemany I was out riding my EX500 (I think they call it a Ninja 500 now) anyway this Gerrman dude does a U-turn right in front of me so I layed it down and slid into him. got his insuranse info picked up the bike and rode home. Later the insurance guy came out and took pictures of everything and I do mean everything(he took a picture of the front axle bolt becaue it had a scuff on it). The repair quote came back as $3000 damage. I paid $3500 for the bike a year earlier. Did I say that I rode the thing home.
Needless to say I ended up with a new full fairing and Fender from Targa and a Nice Corbin Saddle. Insurance is quite the scam.
