Emission Standards?
I live in Indiana. I want to put Pacesetter Long Tubes and the Texas Speed X-Pipe True Dual. No Cats. This is illegal right? Can I tune out the O2 sensors though and make it appear that everything is golden? Someone please explain this.

yup if you get a tune they will set the computer to not care or report the lack of emissions devices...hence the term (delete the codes)
is that what you were asking?

It is true that you can get the codes tuned out, however if a visual check is part of the inspection, you are doomed.................that is unless your mechanic doing the inspection is blind................mine is

Yup I'm on the chocking block here.
I put 7k miles on my car since the last inspection and Im up at the end of this month.
Im going for a dyno tune this next weekend to have my SES light worked out and get some hp/tq numbers.
Ones thats set ill plug in for inspection and be good to go.
Either way ill put less than 5k miles on it next inspection so ill be emissions exempt.
