    New Girl from NY

    Hey ALL ! Just signed up today and wanted to introduce myself, I live in upstate NY just east of Rochester. I've owned my SS for about 3 yrs now and most of the mods were completed when I bought it. My husband has a 65 Chevy II that he is building for the street n strip, we spend a lot of time at NYIRP racing, going to car shows and hanging with friends when we aren't busy in our home based body/paint shop. Here to gain some knowledge, now off to read some threads...

    Thanks for the warm welcome everyone! Yes I am in Wayne Co, most folks say "where?" when I tell them that so its just easier to say just
    East of Rochester LOL

    It takes me about an hour to get to NYIRP, we love going there! Would have loved to gone yesterday but had the camaro in the shop all weekend putting in new Prothane motor mounts, new A/C compressor, and new plugs n wires - just finished and glad that job is over!

    I'll get some more pics up soon, not sure if I should post them in this thread or ??? Just got here, don't want to break any rules Hope to get the chance to meet up with some fellow NY'ers, if any of you head to NYIRP soon give me a shout...

    I didn't realize it was so close to Mt. Morris, I think the town the track is in is called Leceister maybe...?? Not sure on that spelling lol
