Screaming Chicken Hood Decal
I started fixing up what will soon be my new ride (finally I hate the bus). And I wanted to know if anyone could tell me where I could get a nice screaming chicken hood decal. I found one place online:
http://www.signnetwork.com/Trans-Am-p-1-c-5336.html
But I wanted to know if anyone ordered any from anywhere else. I could always get a custom vinyl cut, but those are pricey and I only work like 20 hours a week lol

Red+White Top and Stripes- 2000TransAmConvertible A4
I've seen the screaming chicken hood decal with the latest 4th gen firebird. Wouldn't know where to get it, sorry, but if you want it keep looking. It would probably look much better than using one of the older 70's screaming chickens.

Hey,
Go to that Phoenix Graphics website. My best friend has ordered 2 hood birds from their and they worked great! He has also ordered decals for the sail panels and others. Great shop and they helped him a lot when he ordered.

I've gotten a lot of parts for my 1967 Firebird that I'm rebuilding from National Parts Depot. They have a load of screaming chickens for most of the years and colors that they were offered.

Painter bird
I actually was going to get one from phoenix graphics but I got a local guy who's going to make me one in spray mask so I can airbrush it on. Still debating colors. Will be either a mix of frost and crimson pearl( light and dark red but transparent like normal 3 stage paint jobs). Or I got a guy who I may have do it in a real flame look but I'm waiting on a price. I paint good but airbrush design is no my thing.

Awesome sites yall. Thanx a lot. Now for the next question. What color scheme do yall think i should go with. I'm planning on spraying the car red, with black stripe down the middle.

How about black with a reflective red stripe? Perhaps even a disappearing reflective stripe.

Stripes and Decals
For stripes this site is awesome:
http://www.3rdgendecals.com/
Yes I know it says 3rd gen but trust me they carry more 4th gen than they do 3rd gen. I got mine there.
They have flat, metallic and reflective stripes, and even stripes that disappear until a flash or strong light is cast on them.
No flash:
