All the mods resigned and fucked over the database as they left so no more search on tech.....the also took the entire member database with them...that is why you didnt need to register over at planetlsx.com......

Doesn't matter, they SOLD it, therefore forefitting all rights to the new owners. If they wanted shit to stay the way it was they could have kept it or had a clause in the contract when they sold it, but if you contributed and built something and then sold off the rights, you give up your control (unless otherwise noted).

It's childish and they obviously made money off the sale so how the hell is that right in the least?
