What is safe to put in my engine/oil to make the piston slap or any noise go away? Ive heard of Lucas or Slick 50? what is a safe product to add to my 5W40 AMSOIL oil to quiet the engine a bit? Thanks

btw.. i know just bc i add something that will quiet the engine does not mean it is going to go away i just am sick of hearing the loud piston slap and the engine period and wouild like to quiet her down
