Im a member on tech also... Ive made a few threads over there only to have ten people telling me to search this or search that. BS if you ask me... Not to mention i hate when someone asks a question and all the sponsors answer trying to sell their stuff...i mean i know everyones gotta eat but c'mon. I dont post much here either but when i do im not the type to be bothered with some high schooler trying to argue with me. Pretty much the only reason i still hang out over there is because a few of my buddies post in the eastern section.

It's funny people always complain about the drama on Tech on this site...

FWIW, I've never had any issues with someone trying to sell me anything on that site. I've also had better luck selling things on that site.

Most of my mods have been bought from sponsers on that site due to the deals they gave me....

It's a shame what has happened but in the end almost everyone has a price and it looks like selling that site wasn't the best decision as far as enthusiasts go

I joined there a little over a year ago and it wasn't bad until maybe a couple months ago...

Every site has drama it just depends on what section you tend to frequent

I've found that most people only tell you to do a search on a redundant thread topic. Their search feature used be very good until it was sabotaged lmfao

^^yeah, that and if you try to help someone out (buy spreading truth and therefore, saving money) they bash you and make you look like an idiot. They don't want the truth to be told there. They want you to keep spending money on stupid mods that you really don't need. It is a cash cow. I've seen some guys on there the REALLY knew what they were talking about get banned for that very reason.

I do agree with this. IB really made that site go down hill....

I joined at the tail end of the Fuddle situation and that is one of the things that wasn't handled correctly...[ sponsor protection ]

Yeah i get what your saying but theres so many people on the site its kinda hard not to be redundant in some way or another. I do see a lot of reoccurring questions not arguing that. Ive also found some good info on tech that i couldnt find anywhere else, but sometimes is seems like you have to sift threw 7 layers of shit to get it. I donno maybe im biased because ive butted heads a few times over there.

I joined that site about 8 years ago, my member number is under 1000.
That whole site was created because they wanted a drama free site and now look at it.
They took many of cheap shots at this site threwout the years, now its LS1.coms turn.
