i will agree here, we have all done our share of messed up shit. But we were more than likely a little smarter that this girl. Never got caught, but if I did I can tell you that I wouldnt dare disrespect the police officer(s) it would be yes sir/ma'am, no sir/ma'am.

Yeah, I have great respect for solid and honest officers that do their job correctly. But for a little faggot police like this one, I have none. Guys like him were the ones in high-school that got picked on all the time, and now that they can stand behind the badge they do shit like this.

We are talking about a little girl with no weapons in a holding cell for crying out loud Those cops were not in harms way by a long shot.

My qualifications to "judge overkill" is the fact that two full grown men did not need to tackle a little out of control girl who was in no way able to cause either of them physical harm.

A bit of self control would have gone a long way and I'm betting that by now the cop would agree as well as this is not going to turn out well for him when it's over.

where in the video did it say that the shoe incident was the first assault toward the police officers. All we see is footage of her in the holding cell. No telling what happened on the way to the station or at the traffic stop itself.

Right. You don't get your neat jail gear in a holding cell. She seemed to be in the Police station holding cell for processing. And, you don't get to keep anything on you either. If she had a pen... it was most likely in her purse with everything else she carries with her.

Dangers the cops faced? Please. They did not think that they were in any danger. Just admit that this particular cop just beat up a little girl and will have to deal with his actions.

See there... if she had been a big olé angry 250lb guy... I don't think there would be any discussion on the matter.

But, she was little girl that was out of control. She should have been left behind closed doors until she calmed her ass down. That would have been a better way to deal with her. Had he chose to do so... we wouldn't be having this conversation. She would have been dealt with through the courts and gone through the system.

Now, she will most likely be driven to get even and she has the tape on her side.
