Yeah, I have great respect for solid and honest officers that do their job correctly. But for a little faggot police like this one, I have none. Guys like him were the ones in high-school that got picked on all the time, and now that they can stand behind the badge they do shit like this.

A bit of self control would have gone a long way and I'm betting that by now the cop would agree as well as this is not going to turn out well for him when it's over.
correct in a holding cell, dont know if you've ever been detained, but its not hard to keep an ink pen on you cause if you watch the video again she was still in her street clothes not in jail issues yet. So with a fuzzy video its no telling what dangers the cops faced. There may have been none, or the threat to a cops life could have been there.

Sure as shit? Dubious. If it won her a get out of jail free card or more tot he point, settlement, then she could try another scam. OR. Someone else will attempt the same response.

Cops fixed multiple years? Um...if you say so. However, this is seems like a lot of hot air aka wishful thinking.

hes gone? This is bad? Or this is good? Bad cuz he was such a great cop or a great parental correction officer? I dont understand this..

All charges dismissed? Well, yeah. Cop was a fool. He was trying to "parent" a 15 year old girl instead of being a police officer, so no charges will stick.

No guarantee that she will never do it again because of one beat down. I mean, who says shes not used to shit like that? Who knows how she lives or what life shes led. She is obviously a problem child.

Cop didn't fix one moment of neglectful parenting. Possibly aggravated it though.

He will most likely suffer consequences of his actions.

    Potential lawsuit? Oh... it's on!

you dont know him personally he could have been a good cop who lost his cool. but seeing that she just "made a couple of bad choices" maybe beating her ass was just a simple lack of judment on the officers behalf

attention?? really? Its so easy for you to sit behind your computer and say it was "wrong" you werent there, neither was I. I am not taking sides but I am also not stating either side is 100% innocent. And its a debate, you keep saying poor 15 year old girl when five year olds have killed. And as a cop I would hope the officers would be thinking "what if" at all times.

where in the video did it say that the shoe incident was the first assault toward the police officers. All we see is footage of her in the holding cell. No telling what happened on the way to the station or at the traffic stop itself.

Right. You don't get your neat jail gear in a holding cell. She seemed to be in the Police station holding cell for processing. And, you don't get to keep anything on you either. If she had a pen... it was most likely in her purse with everything else she carries with her.

Dangers the cops faced? Please. They did not think that they were in any danger. Just admit that this particular cop just beat up a little girl and will have to deal with his actions.

I am in no way standing up for the actions of this child. Just taking notice of the actions of the adults involved

If that was my kid, the only reason I'd be upset is the cop beat me to kicking the shit out of her.
respect is earned, not given away. alot of cops are absolute fucktards and should be treated the same way they treat others.

if cops show respect, they should be given respect, IMO.

See there... if she had been a big olé angry 250lb guy... I don't think there would be any discussion on the matter.

But, she was little girl that was out of control. She should have been left behind closed doors until she calmed her ass down. That would have been a better way to deal with her. Had he chose to do so... we wouldn't be having this conversation. She would have been dealt with through the courts and gone through the system.

Now, she will most likely be driven to get even and she has the tape on her side.

Different situations demand different actions is all I'm saying.

All the more reason to keep her butt locked up behind closed doors until she got bussed to county.

Glad you avoided my question and jumped the gun.
    See, I wasn't making a point. I was asking you a question.

You have no grounds to judge, because you've never walked in a protector's shoes.
So go back to your ivory tower and snipe off the next person you can judge of which you don't have a fucking clue about what they do or what they experience.

Little girl? Little girl indeed. Little girls don't ride around in stolen cars you dolt.
