Also they need to better match the cars. Usually someone has a huge advantage. Spotting car lengths does not make it very interesting.
I'll be watching and hoping for a better season.

This show is not real, nobody with a car that can`t run consistent or trouble free would race for their title. These cars have trouble on every run
Nobody is even upset when they lose their car, all the problems that arise are created for the show

From what I understand, PINKS buys both of the cars before hand, then awards the titles of both to the winner. I can't confirm if this is true or not though.

Taupe/Red- 2001 Trans Am Conv
Re-imbursed
I'm sure each contestant is re-imbursed. It is part of the cost of the show. Sure it is still sad to lose your ride but they will have enough money to start over. Otherwise, just like previously posted, why would you race equal with an obviously inferior car? Still a fun show. Just watch it for the entertainmant. It's better than figure skating on the other channel!!

I hate that show, it's so stupid. When I want to see racing, I want to see racing, not stupid drama like, 'omg you have more naaaaawss than me so I need 56 car lengths'. The show is too long to hold my attention. At least to me it is not exciting when one car is so much faster than the other than you actually have to give car lengths away...

it was the first one I'd ever seen. I enjoy watching idiots lose their cars to a faster car. Seriously, you can't rely on spotting to get you a win, and you definitly shouldn't bet your car (realistically or not) on a race against a car you know is faster. What if they won't barter you far enough to lose? idiots, they make my day

Fuck that show, who goes by some skinny dweeb who knows nothing about cars flagging them to go? The show is fake, and im sick of the "I need 8 lengths to make it even" If you need lengths then how is your car better than his?
