I would have went for either a vette or that porsche. Those lil lotuses are fast lil buggers and will suck your eyeballs out around a corner but thats about all they are good for.

My life is a- Ben Stiller movie.
it's an etirely TOO cozy of a fit for 2 grown men. there is no center console-i remember last season of Bullrun, the 2 dudes that drove it were total douche bags and literally were sitting on eachother the whole race. Looked like the worst conditions. They are very thrifty cars though. I love how toyota ricers all point to the Lotus and say 'LOOK IT'S GOT OUR ENGINE" and you just have to laugh and say 'yeah, but i'm 100% sure it's built a lot tougher with way different timing/cam/head/valve train then yours, scooter!

Im not very tall and im a skinny little guy at 142 pounds and i sat in one and its like sitting on the ground but it fit like a glove and ive loved them and the lotus esprit since i heard about them.....
Lotus made the Elise when they were going broke and had nothing left, the cars stripped down on purpose no radio no creature comforts, its a race car pure and simple. If GM going broke gets it to produce a car as good as that car was when it was made then we are in for a treat.

Hmmmf, that motor wasn't even designed by Toyota, it was designed by Yamaha.

Meh, whatever... I like the cars. I couldn't own one, because I'm not small. Personally, if I was shopping for a car in that class, I'd be picking up an Ariel Atom...

Well the head is where the magic is worked on that particular motor, lol.
You mean there is a GT-S sitting in your driveway right? Those motors are internally identical to the Elise motor... I'm not sure what modifications were made to the S/C one in the Exige though.
