Halo headlights

I just bought a 2000 Z that came with halo headlights. How do I get them to just light up the halo by itself. Is ther a mod or instructions to do this?

they should have wire coming out that needs to be wired to a 12Volt switch, depending on when you want them to come on. mine are wired to the daytime running lights/parking lights

how do they look in the daylight? i just got some off ebay and i cant wait to put them on. i like the idea of taping into the running lights. got pics?

I tapped the halo wires into my fog light wires. This way, when I turn on my fog lights (using the stock switch) just the halos come on.

Could the halos be wired to be the only thing that comes on for the daytime running lights? That would be sick. Basically using wiring up the halos instead of the blinkers.

I wired mine into my parking lights. Just flip the headlight switch one position and now you have your halo's, fog lights, and parking lights! I think it looks nice.

What brand and where did you guys get your headlights?

not sure what brand they were on it when i bought it. I think i saw them at afterthoughts auto, one of the site sponsors. Check there or i'm sure somebody on here could tell you.
