Red Tint Jewelcoat- 2008 Trailblazer SS
Making 600RWHP N/A....With under 427 cubes
A very difficult task to take on.
Making 600RWHP, keeping the car fairly streetable, and using under 427 cubic inches.
I have seen ONE 402/408 make over 600 at the wheels without the use of nitrous or boost. And it was built VERY similiar to this one.
2001 Trans-Am WS6 M6

ETP 255’s
Rapid Motorsports Dominator Solid Roller Cam
Jesel J2K 1.7’s

Pump Gas
Kooks 1 7/8 x 2 x 3 ½ stepped headers with off road pipes
Kooks Y-pipe
Mufflex 4” catback
Textralia Twin Disk
D&D Viper Spec T-56
Denneys nitrous shaft
Moser 12 bolt, 4.11 gears
608rwhp 496rwtq
I know the 402/408 car that hit 600RWHP was also an M6, and also had a huge solid roller cam.

Textraila Exo Skel Dual Disc Clutch
Six Speeds Inc Stage 3 T-56 ( You da man Joe!)
DTE Stage 3 4.10 Rear End
19" HRE Wheels
MAFless Tune
This dyno is through open x-pipe. Through a B&B Triflow Catback it makes 578 RWHP!
601 RWHP 513 RWTQ SAE
The normal all motor 402/408 will make 475-525RWHP.
Mine is a perfect example.
402, Fast 90, 248/254 cam, Patriot stage III's, M6, heavy driveline.
531.1 RWHP
If the motor is built for a shot of nitrous (and cammed for it) it will lower the HP numbers as well when N/A. But run like a bat outta hell on the juice.
Just a little info to chew on.
If you have dyno/track results from 402-427 builds, please add them!! Be descriptive so we can see how you got there.
Ideas? Thoughts? Been a little slow in the internal section as of late.

Any way this is possible with a hydraulic lifter cam?

Numbers could be there but it would never be "fairly streetable".

Those torque numbers seem kinda low....any reason for that?
