My strategy was go get in line and let the wife shop, then meet me inline when she finished. Worked out pretty good.

I was going to do that because I heard about the crazyness and when I went to there websites they didn't have the doorbusters or early bird anything and really just not any good sales, but Kohls has a early bird special on there website and they had amazing deallssss!

i finished my christmas shopping before halloween. didn;t have any problems finding what i wanted, didn;t deal with crazy people and actually caught a lot of sales. maybe not as good as today but that is just fine with me. it is well worth not having all the aggrivation.

I've been wearing the same clothes since the 80's.
Hell if there was a performance shop having deals on injectors, fuel pumps, forged internals, and all kinds of good stuff like super chargers and turbos for half off to even more i would be killing people.

i went out at 4:30...miserable. we hit up wal-mart, khols, and target.

wal-mart was the worst. ZERO organization in lines...employees putting people ahead of people in line who had been standing there for 20 minutes or longer...we waited for at least 30 ourselves just purchasing a toaster, shop vac, and one hot wheels (a lil gift to myself). some woman was taken out of the housewares department by emergency workers on a stretcher...no idea what happened there.

khols wasn't bad...easy to navigate around in...got in found what i needed and got in line...maybe 15 - 20 minutes...they were hustlin. line was organized so no big deal.

target...now that's a place that had it goin on. it wasn't all that fun movin around in the store especially in the electronics department but let me tell you what. that fat redheaded woman barkin orders up front about "you! lane 5!...next person in line...lane 10!" damn skippy...we were in line for 10 minutes...no bullshit.

wifey & i hit up wal-mart @ 5am for some shit,we got their 2nd last samsung digital camera..a nice digital pic frame for moms..a bissell vac..& a huge 3ft long hummer r/c for my son.

I got swung at by one guy today b/c we ran out of what he wanted of course this was 3 hours after we opened. I was at work at 4 am this morning dealing with this stuff but then again when your in control of what people can buy its a little more fun. Oh and I love it when people yell at me b/c one im not going to do shit for you since you yelled. Dont bother calling another manager b/c i will tell them what you did and they will say no and finally the more you yell the nicer i will be b/c i know it is pissing you off more but i still will not let you get your way.
