I don't have a budget, I just want something good. I think at this point, and from what I've researched - the customs aren't returnable - so I'm going to make him a "gift certificate" and let him do with it what he will.

I might even push him hard to clean the garage - maybe if I tell him he can redo his seats, and get a satin slip... he'll clean it!!

what about having a custom shed build to store the car in??? you can get them for a reasonable price!!!

How about taking the money you'd spend on the cover, & investing in a couple months worth at a storage facility? Or is it a daily/weekly driver?

A car shelter would be nice. It is also very easy to to go out and start the car over the winter if he chooses. You can also take it down and bring it with you. If the garage gets cleaned it will make a good tent for parties.
