I won a Harley!!! Now what?

Now what the hell do I do with it? Its a Sportster 1200 custom. Worth 10 grand. I won it at work. Ive never road a bike in my life. I think Im too scared to start now. Sooo, should I sell it or learn to ride. It comes with lessons to learn.

Couple of choices:

1) Sell it and use the money for something you're actually interested in.

2) Store it until the wheels rot and mention it in casual conversation to impress people.

3) Learn to ride it. Be advised, riding a Harley isn't just a hobby, it's a lifestyle. You'll need proper attire, sunglasses, do-rag, denim vest, leather boots, black tee that says "Harley". Shaving is now optional. If you're thin you better start working on that beer gut.

Here's an easy way to determine what to do with it.

1. Determine what it's actually worth, say 10k for an example

2. Ask yourself, If I had that 10k to spend on anything, is this what I would buy with it?

3. If answer is yes keep it. If answer is no, sell it.
