Black- 1999 Camaro Z28
Passing VA State inspection w/ Loudmouth?
I just bought this car about 4 weeks ago it's a '99 Z28 A4. It still had the stock exhaust on it so we welded up a Hooker Aerochamber at work it improved the sound a little but it's still not loud enought lol. I had a Z28 a few years back also a '99 (dunno why guess I just like that year lmao) i the Borla exhaust on it and loved it Good Gawd it sounded good! Anyway I really don't have the money to be buying the Borla now so I'm really leaning towards the SLP LM. My only concern is getting the car inspected after I install it. I live in Virginia and most of the inspectors around here are pretty strict. Is it a passable exhaust or will they look under the car and say hell no! LOL
Thanks
Chris

if they are looking for noise, you will fail.
as for a sniffer test, it wont be any different than the stock system because you still have cats.2000 nhra edition formula

Have you actually heard the loudmouth exhaust? It's gonna be quite a bit louder than the Borla you like so much, and sound less refined.

Isn't the LM II supposed to be louder? I'm not sure but I'll be ordering mine tomorrow and need to decide!
