Stranos springs installed
Had my Stranos installed along with new rims 17"out front and 18" out back. The car had Koni adjustable's already when I bought the Hawk which saved me a ton of $$$. I'm posting pics so you can the stance.

Looks good
Since you already had the Koni's have you noticed a difference in ride and performance from the old springs to the Strano's ?Craig

Dark Blue- 1999 Camaro Z28
Last week I finished swapping the springs and struts on my Z28.
I now have Strano 1.2's and Koni 4/4 (both adjustable).
I noticed way better handling compared to the stock parts. It corners quicker and flatter and it communicates way better. Happy customer here!
And the stance is way better too...

Love your car BTW. How much total did it lower you?

Dark Blue- 1999 Camaro Z28
Thanks for the compliments!
It is lowered about 5 centimeters. According to the product description, that should be about 1.2 inch.
I have no issues with rubbing tires or something. The ride is a little harsher but comfortable enough still.
My only 'problem' is my license plate. In Holland these plates are huge and I didn't want it in the grille so I attached it to the spoiler lip under the front end. Maybe you can see it on the pics. It sits a little lower than the lower end of this spoiler, so on steep bumps I leave a little bit of numberplate behind everytime I scrape the bump :-)
SS hood, I don't know. I've seen a nice which I believe is called a Sunoco style cowl hood. I like that! Window tint is hardly allowed here :-(

That is a very sharp firehawk. How dark is the window tint?

Red Tint Jewelcoat- 2008 Trailblazer SS
Very nice!
I loved the ProKit springs for the stance, but it wasn't as driveable as it is now on the Strano springs.
And the stance is a 9.5 out of 10....and the ProKit was 9.8 out of 10. Very comparable.

I want to thank you guys for taking the time to post your pics and your thoughts about the springs. The best advertising is good word of mouth. I don't pay for it, and it's not spin--just what the customer thinks.
I'm currently out of stock on the springs, but more are on order for anyone wanting some. I've managed to hold the price steady (a feat in this economy) @ $275 shipped.Sam Strano

Hey Sam,
free advertising is always good.
I like the fact that you took the time to really show me what to do in the installation and how to operate the springs. The notes took (my girlfriend actually :-) ) along with the pics I took and info on the GM High Performace article made the installation not too hard.
Thanks again!
Matthijs
