I like Mustangs. I've always liked them I guess. I just like F-bodies more. I'm glad I got an F-body too after watching Mustangs go all over the road when they punch it.
Mustangs just don't hold my attention.

If by diet coke, you mean they go down easy, then I'll agree.
I've literally embaresed so many guys in mustangs I don't bother unless they really ask for it.....When I actually have some mods on the car it would be pointless.

I like Mustangs a lot, but like BIG GUNS I like F-body's a even more. I wouldn't say they are the diet coke of muscle cars, I'd say those would be the V-6 Mustangs and F-body's same look just no quite the kick in the pants.

Nothing to do with Trans Ams, so off to a more appropriate forum.

I like mustangs, I am a fan of them.
But like everyone else. I do like the f-bodies more but I would still never underestimate a stang. or turn a nice one down.

My life is a- Ben Stiller movie.
I can spit and hit a mustang...first gens were the best looking :droo:, after that they looked terrible. Can't stand the attitude that most 'stang guys have.

I would enjoy owning an 03/04 Cobra.

mustangs and fbodies all have their strong points, it just comes down to which brand and car you like better. It comes down to what owner has more money, theres tons of fox bodies that will blow an fbodies doors off, and vice versa. Theres tons of sick terminators and tons of sick fbodies and vettes. This topic pretty much sucks imo

Lots of Mustangs I would own before I owned a Firebird/TA/WS6. I fear I will be struck by lightning now

I have full intentions of owning a clean fbody one day, but i dont have any plans in the near or distant future of NOT having a sweet fox body. I love them. My "realistic" dream car however is a c5z06.

Its not the car its the owners
I have met a few owners that actually made the car look more appealing. I want a termi as a DD. lol

I don't hate Mustangs. I am just so sick and tired of seeing them everywhere. There's not a day that goes by that I don't see at least 15 of them.
But, as I like to say... I've always been a bit allergic to Fords

One of my best friends owns a Mustang and from time to time we go to Hooter's in Neunkirchen and he takes me with him in his black 2005 Mustang GT and, yes , I think it's a nice car, but, of course I like them f-bodies more...It's a question of personal preferences and you just can't argue that...
Considering the new Mustang I guess it's one of the first retro-styled cars on the market and it's kind of a trendsetter: look at the new Challenger or the new Camaro, they all look like their predecessors of the 1970s...
The new Mustang is perhaps one of the most popular american built cars you spot in the streets here in Europe and that's another reason for me to like them, as US cars are a rarity over here...
@KahanaReef: If I saw 15 of them on one single day that would be considered a meeting in Luxembourg...
BTW, my dad always considered Ford as a cheaper kind of car (price and built quality and engine, etc.), compared to the GM lineup
