Blue GMC Canyon- trans ams gone now
gas question
i know trucks arent for gas mileage and i drive one of the better economy trucks in a 06 4 banger canyon, but i want a bigger truck with more power and room. i'm looking at around 04 to 07 gmc or chevy with a 4.8 or 5.3. when you guys arent beating on them too much and just cruising around, what kind of mileage do you average?

2000 Trans-Am- 2007 Silverado 2500HD LTZ
The heavy chevy gets 14 miles to the gallon coasting in neutral downhill with a good tail wind. I avg. 9-11 in the winter time in 4WD with the plow on. 6.0ltr. with aftermarket exhaust. No tunes, no internals, just loud.
