Why is my car surging?
Well as most of you know from my previous posts i just replaced both the front o2 sensors, then i reset the pcm by un hooking the negative battery terminal. Now while the car is ideling......sometimes the car surges between 1,000-1500 rpms....it doesn't happen all the time just at idle and not all the time..is the car just relearning the air/fuel ratio or did something F&ck up from me unplugging the battery to reset the pcm?

Connection wouldnt matter if the battery itself was bad. Put it on a charge or find another one to throw in there fast and see what happens.
Ive posted a couple of threads about the same thing happening.. Mine did it after I left the headlights up while working on them. Just needed a good charge

I'm pretty sure this will happen immediately, not over time
I could be wrong
Also...
I'm not the best in the world but I don't see where the battery would cause this issue. Last time I had a surging issue turned out to by a thin layer of dirt on my MAF. Try cleaning it if you haven't recently. Also I'd check the Idle Air Controller (IAC).
I don't know if this will help, but its a suggestion.

You didn't reset the computer when you pulled the negative post off the battery.
You don't need to disconnect the battery to reset it.

It takes about (roughly) 60-80 miles for it to relearn idle and a/f mixture.

quick question...
do you have the rear 02's tuned off/simulators and possibly plugged the new o2 sensors in to the rear plugs???
