Will not believe this hit and run

I get the worse call yesterday that my car that never had a dent or scratch on it has been hit while parked on the side of the road....The entire passanger side ruined....Green paint all along the side of it door..fender...mirror...courter panel all needs to be replaced......fiberglass on door and courter panel ruined.....Green RV camper parked next door silver paint on the bumper....hmmm color of my car....hmmmm...right The guy claims he didnt do it that my cousins white boat with no damage on it did it....HAHAHA not.... all angles and measurements fit it to a T on the RV.....Police come to file hit and run the guy runs in house and turns off lights and will not answer the door for the cops because he is drunk.....HMMMMMMM! lol Small claims court here I come....AZZ!!!!

It's "quarter" panel not courter. Think as in "1/4 of the panels that fit onto a car"....

They can if there is undoubtable evidence pointing at the other driver. IE paint transfer and general vicinity of the other vehicle.

Also I think all state laws vary with accidents like that.

If he can prove without a doubt that the neighbor is at fault and he has full coverage, then his insurance will get it fixed pronto and release the dogs (insurance lawyers) on the neighbors @ss or if no evidence at least fix the car for him, i would guess it would be comprehensive because he wasn't driving but I don't know for sure.

If he has to sue the guy and being his neighbor may cause further problems down the road if he is a d**k?? Either way this sucks bro and I hope the bastard becomes a man and pays up on his own.

Man, I would FLIP THE F*** OUT! Thats one reason that I live out of town, and park far away from everyone else where ever I go. But seriously bad things would happen to him.... and his damn green RV. Once you violate my car Mr Good Guy goes away and then I am not responsible for my own random acts of violence against him.
