Me getting a MRI today = Major Claustrophobia

Been have some bad ear problems so I go for a MRI today. I asked before I went if it was an open MRI. They said yes, so I thought piece of cake. Wrong ! After 30 minutes in it I told them to get me out. Heck I went to sleep for 15 minutes of it but got to where I couldnt even breathe. I had one 20 years ago in the ones that were worse than a coffin and was ok. This one was open but one part of it was mounted right on my face. Took a little break tryed to go back in but couldnt breathe. Man I was so pissed off. I never quit @ anything. I play sports with all kinds of pain but cant make it through a MRI. Thats sad. I go back this Friday with a friend to help me. Valium

LMAO................They said my spine had a slight curve in it.............biggest problem they said was a huge bone sticking out of my pants
