    msd ignition coil gain?

    does anyone know the actual gain if i get msd ignition coils for my firebird and if it is worth it

    Coils gain you nothing. They are purty....but gain nothing....I changed mine to MSD when we started blowing the spark out after 7000rpm.....

    All i can say is that MSD makes a VERY high quality product and a worthwhile replacement when replacing any ignition component specially on a modified engine. Its not so much that you gain horsepower but you dont lose what you CAN make. You dont worry about misfires with msd shit and their stuff is just built to last. I've been more then impressed with the distributor, coil and ignition wires I have of theirs.

    weaponx rocks, i have plenty of ashtrays for my stogies from all the pistons I've ruined. Use them weaponx plugs in the lawnmower. Can rebuild a briggs in about 2 hours now. hahahaha

    I shoved one of them Weapon X spark plugs up one of my goats ass....sum bitch runs a lot faster now. They work....think Weapon X would use my story on their testimonial section of their website? All the rest of their website is bullshit mebbe a lil goat shit would fit in....I dunno....
