If your city tells you to take down your American flag because the pole is to high or the flag is to big, Do you apply or fight it?

well, you could comply I suppose, or maybe apply for an exemption to the rules. It could be so high that it's unsafe or an obstruction for someone else.

If you're flying a big huge flag that blocks someones awesome view of the mountains or ruining their property value, it's not really your "right" because you're having an ill effect on someone else. That's my thought at least.

I think he is referring to this story .. And yes you should take down the flag if there is already existing ordinances and zoning laws against it .. LEESBURG, Fla. -- Leesburg residents are fighting to keep a huge American flag that's been flying for decades.

"I think dad would turn over in his grave if he knew this flag was coming down," said Greg Clark, Cecil Clark's son.

Cecil Clark Chevrolet has had the flag flying for 21 years. It's 30 by 60 feet and the pole is 100 feet high.

Now the city may begin enforcing an ordinance that regulates flags and poles. The city commission will meet Monday at 5:00pm to discuss the ordinance.

I drive by the flag of topic regularly. It looks good where it is, and the size it is. It's on his huge ass property on the ocean. Can be seen from boaters or from vehicles crossing the intracoastal. Perfectly fine IMO. If you knew what cock lickers the town of Palm Beach were, you would side with Trump even though he's not great either.I'm glad he won't be bullied by them.
