Yeah I finally graduated from high school and i got my graduation present! I got a red 2000 camaro ss and its fuckn awsome. I feel like i got the best car in the world right now. It turns everybodys heads when i drive by and it feels awesome. Now I know why all you guys drive camaros.

I just graduatated too, but for my gift, im just going to rebuild the motor, 383 stroker kit, as a self present.

Hahaha thats what I'm doing too....exept i'm doing full exhaust. The graduation money I got got me to just enough to do everthing....headers and a custom TD setup.

Congrats on the rides. Take care of em, and go practice driving before just gunning it. I know I sound old but have had a lot of friends with more experience that've had accidents. These cars do have some power and I hate to see lost F-bods. They've been disapearing quickly this year.

When I graduated I started working full time job and I had to buy my own car. I made my way through 4 junkers before I could finally afford my WS6. Must be nice to be handed a SS at 18.

What the hell kind of parents give their 17 year old kid a SS?

"Here son, take this car that has WAY to much power for your experience level. Who cares if you kill yourself or others, as long as i look like a cool parent".

Hope you got a good job hero. Between insurance, maintenance, and living life you are going to need some cash flow. My first priority when i graduated was to get the fuck out and get my own house. I couldn't imagine doing that paying an assload a month on insurance.

And just in case you didn't get the memo, when you get tickets for driving like a 17 year old in an LS1, your already insane insurance is going to go even higher.

Now done take me wrong, I never get anything handed to me. My whole life I have always been too proud to have things handed to me. Everything I have and ever owned I worked for or earned it. I pay for my insurance, phone bills, and hell im already out living on my own. At first I was going to sell my car which I had sold and buy a 94 Z28 really nicely built. But I want to have the title of "built not bought" deal.
