Whatsup with the Affliction clothing tough guys?
So i go to the mall today and go into The Buckle store and there are at least 5 guys in there with very tight fitting Affliction t-shirts with bald heads i guess tryin to attempt an MMA tough guy look. Funny how people will jump straight on a band-wagon to be like the next person; i guess Affliction and Tapout clothing will add 100 pounds to your bench kinda like the phenomenon of stickers that add horsepower to an import.
Has anyone else noticed that everywhere you go these days that you will see quite of bit of these MMA imposters?

I don't know what Affliction is, but at my university's gym, "Tapout" seems really popular with the guys who weigh about 115lbs soaking wet, all while wearing an underarmour skin-tight vest and using straps for every single lift/exercise.

Yes its getting played out fast. I'm kinda sick of the over-popularity of MMA.

Ive been wearing affliction for almost 2 years, before i even knew MMA fighters were wearing it. granted i also wear tapout and warrior wear, but i also train, so does that mean only people that train can wear this kind of clothing?

Affliction started with Liddell if im not mistaken, then it took off, they now sponsor several different fighters, and Randy Coutour(spelling) has his own line with them called Extreme Coutour...the Buckle is a store in the mall, has a bit of everything but mostly stuff like affliction, obey, archaic, shit like that....and if anyone ever thought the Affliction shirts were expensive, take a gander at there pants.....

I like and have some of the Affliction stuff but I had no idea it was tied to the Fighting stuff. Now that I think about it the dudes at the gym always comment on my Affliction shirts when I go there. I always just thought they were homos.

i hate all that stuff. nothing against MMA or anything but the majority of the people here wear it only because they see UFC people wear it. stupid trends.

why do you care what people wear, and waste your time worrying that they are imposters......let them be, maybe they are not imposters and just like the clothes, maybe they are fans of the UFC, maybe......i don't wear any affliction gear, but i think they make some sick stuff but it is not my style.......neither am i a hardcore fan of the UFC..........i am a boxer and that is what i love to watch, i don't like grappling even though it is efficient. I'm pretty sure at some point in your lives you bought something because other people had it or you liked it, that is just how it happens................i'm drunk and i am gonna stop here.................................here......... .............or maybe here....................
nope i lied....
here.

I train MMA and I cant tell you how many times I see new people come in decked out in Tapout gear. I own a few affliction shirts but not to broadcast that I train, only because I think they look badass
