my mom and dad always worked together. she just let him take care of that. she knew he would do a better job. he is a highly regarded as a health care accountant. he did 2 home health companies made tons of money off each of them, he worked with hospitals the whole time he was working in a firm. he did a great job too.

my dad yes. he is no orthotist. he bought the company from the bank when the old owner didn't pay his employees for a month. noone in my family is an orthotist. I am the only person in my family that does orthotic work. my mom has a degree in operations management. my dad has a degree in accounting and he passed the cpa exam. he worked in a big 5 accounting firm until he was offered a job paying 30% more in chattown. then they fired him when they didn't agree with him and fired him and gave him a huge severance package. they hired him back 6 months later with 20% more pay. then they fired him again because they didn't agree with him again and gave him 4 of the home health agencies the company owned as another severance package. he had those for a while, but he sold them at the same time as the one my mom was given. My dad also started a company 8 years ago called pgs (professional grading service) that graded trading cards to increase resale value. now it has some other name, but I don't get involved in it at all, because it's pretty much all retail stuff now. I don't even live anywhere near any of the locations anymore. the corporate headquarters was in chattown for a while, but now it's in cleveland in some warehouse. all I know is we only make 3% of the sale value of the packs that they sell in wallmart. that really sux for us. the other companies make 8-10%. we just have a higher quality pack I think. who knows. I don't get involved over there. we also have a huge ebay operation through the company that sells coins on the interent. again. I don't get involved. that company is the reason I was able to get my fiance a 2500 dollar engagement ring for the gold value of it and got the diamonds for free.
