Blue- 2000 Pontiac WS6
black exhaust is fuel...blue is oil and white is coolant... It is sorta common when it runs a lil thick at WOT.

Before I had my car tuned it would puff a little black smoke when you first got on it. After LS1 speed tuned it, its a better now.

Just the signiture of a rich condition...Wide Open Throttle induced. Depends on how the factory tuned it.

A small puff of black smoke when you go wide open throttle is normal on any performance engine with high flow cats or without cats at all. When you go WOT, the ECM goes into open loop, so it ignores the signals from the O2's as to whether its running rich or lean. It goes by predetermined values, which are always on the rich side. It is much better to run rich rather than lean under heavy or wide open throttle. Getting the car tuned should definitely help, since it will be adding closer to the proper amount of fuel when you go WOT.
I've seen stock cars, with cats, puff black smoke when accelerating. My friend had an '05 Cobalt SS Supercharged, and whenever he'd take off hard from a stop, a small black puff would come from the exhaust. They are tuned rich from the factory to be on the safe side.
