the best I could tell by watching all the replays was that Jr pinched him down there. If KB had a run going into the corner then jr should've gave him room. If jr was faster then he would've been in front of KB and not along side of him when he went spinning up into the wall. KB does remind me somewhat of the old man because he's not afraid of what the fans or nascar will say.....he just wants to win. Everyone else is happy with a top 5.
The old man wrecked plenty of people. I guess everyone here is probably to new of a fan to remember the old man and waltrip banging fenders back in the day. In those early years those 2 really had a thing going. He wrecked plenty of people and in the end that's what got him the most respect from the fans and other drivers is because he wanted to win bad enough that he done whatever it took. I see some of that in KB, he just needs to mature and learn to pick his battles.Last edited by 0rion; 05-05-2008 at 09:06 PM.

I'm not a die hard Jr fan- But I absolutely hate K-Y-le Busch. He is a snot nose little punk, who drives reckless-- yes He is a good driver at times. But he has no regard for clean racing. I honestly think he could have passed Dale Jr before the race was over- But no-- He had to be good old Kyle Dip shit Busch and get in an accident, when he had a faster car anyways.
Was it intentional ... No--- But could he have shown more caution and probably still pulled out a victory. Yeah..
When you are within 10 laps- and someone has a run on -- You don't give up the position, because he caught a slight better line off a turn. So Dale did nothing wrong.
If I remember correctly- Dale Jr was riding the Mid/ to High line all day-- Kyle was fairly low all day-- so the fact that Kyle happen to need to ride up that high on the track for that particular run is non-sense.
Kyle is only 23 yrs old and already has people who absolutely hate him.. Most people don't even know a typical 23 year old persons name in the sport-- But he already has a name for himself. Partly for being a good driver-- but alot of his notoriety comes from being a dick head on the track.
I have always kept my eye on the sport, but probably started following more closely about two years ago.

Oh, and I think that this was the last race that Jr. will play nice with KB. Next time Jr. will get him loose without contact and let KB kiss the wall!

SR didnt wreck people like that. sr moved people when they were in the way. kyle wrecks people when they give him room. sr never wrecked people unless they didnt give him room. jr gave kyle half the track and still got wrecked. nascar wont do anything about it so maybe jr will grow a set and take care of this punk ass on the track. hopefully more than once.

when i saw that happend, i just stood up, and walked away. i had to. i was very very pissed off.
man, you could tell how dissapointed Jr. was with his after race interview. man, he was so close. if he hadn't asked for the crewchief totighten him up so much, he would have been able to stay down and win.....damn.
you gotta feel bad for Hamlin though. he should've won for real. its a shame to see a badass racecar get taken out like that...

Red- 2006 Silverado
Can't stand the Buschs they are both cocky, arrogant pricks. Not saying their not good drivers they just need attitude adjustments. Jr's time is coming he's had some good runs and was a contender to win several races last season before his engine puked out on him. I'd say that since Jr's up in the points he's handled the pressure to perform at Hendricks pretty good so far this year.
