i did the rears first as its a VERY easy to do yourself mod.....what a difference in controling your rear end when it kicks out...i love these shocks .......why are u sellin them man?

You have to pull the dust cover down and adjust.
Strano would probably be the best source on how to adjust. As far as I can tell...there is a little wheel that you can turn to get one of 4 settings.
But I also read something about them having to be compressed to adjust. Yet...still off the car.
Found this as well...
The "ball" is the button you need to push and hold while turning the shock shaft to change the rebound setting on those rear shocks. It's not a bleeder or gas valve, just how you engage the adjustment mechanism on those shocks (and the shock MUST be fully extended to adjust).
