Looks like you picked it up some more. What have you tinkered with since last time???
I have the Fuddle 3,400 converter on the way. Frost helped me with my MAF tables which I had a little too fat,,,oooops. Leaning the car out picked it up quite a bit,,,feels better.
I'm going to the track again just to try it,,,,then the converter will go in.

Firebird, I have a friend that really knows his EFI live. He has been tinkering with the mail order tune I have. Other than that, I installed an LS6 intake, 15 X 3.5 inch fronts, 15 X 10 backs, and installed Aerospace Componet disc brakes on all corners. Just the brakes & intake picked it up .25

Thats cool. I'm sure those lighter 15 inch wheels helped as well,,,,less unsprung weight.
I'm still learning HPtuner, and with help from Frost I'm getting there. Even my tune is not perfect yet. I need to get the wideband on it and see where the A/F ratio as at WOT. Might be some ET left in it yet
I'm thinking the converter alone should put me in the high 12's. I'll find out soon.

Convertor will get you 4 to 5 tenths easy, at least it did on mine. You will love it then. I have installed a Zeks 125 wet kit on mine, but have not sprayed it yet. Hopefully this weekend I will be able to do so. I will post when I make a NOS run. Next, I have my AFR 205's & Comp Cam 224/230 581/592, and Mac mids with ORY, will be my next project. I am doing this as a science experiment, trying to see what actually gave the car the most power. I guess finally will be a 12 bolt or 9 inch with 3.73 gears.

That is a good run Deezl. My car has 85k on it as of right now. I am hoping by the time my science experiment is over, she will be in the 10's.

I have most of the free mods, haven't P&P yet. SLP LM II cat backs, shift kit, 2100 stall.
1st time EVER at the track
2.28 60'
13.9 @ 101 mph
On street tires.
Since have added 275/40-17 fronts w/nitto's, 315/35R17 rears w/nitto DR.
Replaced 2100 for a 2800 stall and put 3.73 gears in it. I have to have it tuned and speedo reset. Hoping to hit the track in the next few weeks.
I'll post the new times once I get back.
Definetly sounds healthier with the gears. Just got it back, have to get on it yet.

Car is seriously under the knife at this time. Complete H/C package afr205, comp cam. Moser 9" with 3:73 Detroit Locker, Nelson built 4L60e with 3600 stall convertor, & new 2 stage Zex's kit. Hope to have completed by end of August or first of September. Will post pics of progress as time allows if any interest. Hope to have it tuned by October for our local big show, Cruisin the Coast.

That is a good pass. Mine is still in the reconstruction phase, but before it spun a bearing, I got an 11.22 out of it.

Was running stock 85000 mile shortblock, but with afr 205 heads, comp cam, mac mid length hedders w ory, 3600 convertor, ls6 intake w/p&p tb, nelson built 4l60e, & 9" w/3.73 gears on M/T drag radials with a small 75 shot. It ran 11.22 @ 124 mph with 1.48 60' time. I was very happy until it shuttered & spun the rod bearing.

Man that hurts after all that work,,,but it's a great excuse to go faster
I have my tune squared away, about as good as I can make it. It feels stronger up top with the AFR corrected now. I ordered a trans cooler the other day to compliment the new 3,400 stall.
Once the cooler is in I'll hit the track and report back. Should be able to better my last time of 13.20 at 106 mph with just headers and off road Y-pipe, at a 3,820 lbs. race weight no less.
Probably a tad lighter now that I took that balloon of a converter out and switched to this little 9.5 incher

Yea Firebird, it will probrobly be next Febuary or March before I get it running again. I am still debating which engine route I will be taking. Thinking of new LS3 based 418 with ported L92 heads.
