yeah...their really quick up top...like i said the gt with mods has it to about 60, then the altima coupe pulls on him so hard its not even funny. On the interstate its not even a race.

I've only raced one. Guy was weavin in and out of traffic to get up to me, pulls beside for a second and then punches it. I downshifted to second (45mph) ane blew right by his ass till about 80, let off and waited for him to come beside me again. He just stares straight ahead, and then proceeds to punch it again and weave in and out of traffic like an ass. I guess that was his way of thinking he won haha.

I will note though that it was not slow at all, but I don't think they are that close of a match for an ls1 (stock/stock anyway). And that IRS is what kills the goats too.

My uncle has an 07 G35-S. He tends to know what hes talking about when it comes to car, i dont know about HP, but his will do 0-60 in 5 flat, and claims that hes not scared of any Z28. I'd like to see how that would work out

I can give you a little insight on how that would work out....

Last week I ran an 07 G35S (car looked super sharp). We both merged on the highway and he was behind me. I accelerated slowly to around 50 mph and he went by me at full throttle. He was a good 5 lengths in front of me by the time I downshifted into 3rd. It didn't take long to stop his pull and by 120 I was pulling by him. I feel quite confident this race wouldn't have even been remotely close if we would've both started at the same speed and hit the throttle at the same time.

While I'm a far cry away from being a stock Z28, I feel confident that a stock LS1 is a few tenths quicker in the quarter mile (assuming drivers have equal ability).
