I deal with kids right now that are getting to that point in life. It's the fact that some parents dont censor what they watch, or simply blow off misbehaving. Makes me scared to think what society will be like when I have kids.

that isn't th problem... look at england for example... you don't see kids like that over there... the problem is with parents not properly disciplining thier children in fear of being sued...

Well you have parents going to extremes like using a water pressure hose on their 2 year old, of course they are going to get sued. Im talking simple bend them over your leg and spank them. It only took acting out once to learn I didn't want to be in trouble again.

that is just it... if my daughter is out of line i can't swat her butt in public cause some ass hole will call the cops and then i'll get arrested for "child abuse" for a simple butt flop... shit... when i was growing up i had my ass whooped with a car antenna, extension cord, weeping willow branch, a brush, a gardening shovel, ect ect ect ect... but now days you can't even look at you own child the wrong way...

Yea I remember getting spanked with anything within arms reach for my parents. I am just confused as to where society has gone to where I've got elementary school kids using curse words and making death threats. In elementary school I was worried about the next episode Power Rangers on WB.
