Ok i did hit her but she came speeding around a van as i was already pulled halfway out to the median and well i had no where to go but the side of her truck. And im not sure about the taking unlicensed unisured people in. Never been in this situation before. As long as the lady doesnt show up to court my ticket gets dismissed.

that sucks. maybe she's learned a lesson not to do a quick lane change the next time someone slows down in front of her. shit, if it was in an intersection she should also be cited for improper lane change, etc. though you might have hit her, this situation never would have occured if she had stayed in her lane...

the shear fact she doesnt have insure will hopefully be a wake up call to her as well. i would go after her for all she has. to bad her vehicle wasnt totaled as well. one lesss dumbass on the road...

you'll get it figured out. there was a 2000 pewter, 6spd, TA for sale over EBAY last week with 13,000-17,000 on it (in east central oklahoma) and the owner had a buy it now for $16,500. not sure if its still going on or not though...

i didnt even care about the price or the miles, i almost got ran over running across the sheets parking lot to look at her... love at first site haha and ill keep her until the ls1 goes, then ill figure out what to do... not to worried about it
