this person has the ability, time and capacity to do the work, they just pawn off the excuse, oh i have a meeting or a conference call. in this case, this individual didnt happen to have the conference call they thought they would so instead of taking back their work they dumped on my or help by addressing the work i have not gotten to, they just left to take an early and no doubt extended lunch, leaving me to clean up their mess...
