Geez those are cheap. My friend's is $441/month on his 98 Z28 and that was the cheapest/month he could get. He didn't have any credit history or anything though.
Also when I was about to buy my car, my dad tried to talk me into taking a loan on it to build credit and the cheapest I could have gotten was like $420/month or something...I ended up just paying cash though.

Paid cash.
(climbs on soapbox)Pay your car off, then keep making the payments to yourself!
When it's time for the next car, you can then pay cash!
It's not that hard, you CAN do it!

Zero payment is yummy

$295.96 /mo. 5 yr and $275 for ins. God damn I can't wait till I'm 25! Car will be paid off (hopefully sooner) and ins. will go WAY down. By the way put $0 down and 10.014% (yikes!!!)

I'm so glad I decided to get an automatic non-WS6 because they are so much cheaper. I just couldn't justify spending $15,000-$20,000 for a used T/A just to get a ram air hood and 6 speed. I got all the looks and performance for $7,800 and put $5,000 down and paid off the difference in 3 months. I think I got the ~$3,000 for 5% interest. They didn't even require me to get full coverage insurance (of course I had it anyway, I would never not have full coverage). It's easy putting money into mods when you don't have a payment.
1998 Trans Am, A4, SLP Loudmouth I, US Exotics WS9 ram air hood, Volant intake, 3.23's, 70k miles
