i have heard they dont hold very well after a rebuild? True or false
would replaceing it with a new one be better?
What would i need to rebuild it?
What would be involved in switching to a manual? Is it worth it?

For the stall it is really up to how you want it to drive, probably anywhere between 3000 and 3500 would be good.
The tranny cooler i just went for the biggest one that i could find, this is the one i bought http://cgi.ebay.com/ebaymotors/ws/eB...m=320154530250 and i have been happy with it.

TCI stall???
K i bought the trans as mentioned on post #8.
Now I have mods in sig with stock suspension and gears.
Cam will come with asap but in the mean time...I want to go ahead in install a stall while I am switching trans. I want to get a tci but not sure on size? Keep in mind I dont have much to spend so possibly a used you w/ low mileage. Not sure when I would have time / money for tune either? Suggestions?!
Also the car is my dd with 104k.
