Wow you people make me feel very bad. I live in Taxachusetts with the damn closed insurance system (we aren't allowed to get geico and many others, giving a few companies complete rule over this commie state). I pay $3200 a year full coverage. I am 20, but 0 accidents 0 tickets. My Crown Vic Cruiser was $2400 a year. My Monte Carlo was only $2000 that was the only 6 cyl I ever drove. Covered across the board. I am told it will drop this month somewhat due to the 3 years with a license thing. Then again in two more years. Then some percentage every couple years until they decide they don't want it any lower.

State Farm. 20 Years old 2 speeding tickets, 2 accidents, and 1 seatbelt ticket most are more than 3 years old though. still have 1 ticket. I pay $67 a month with a $100 deductible and all my mods covered. Only thing is It's not my DD so it's considered a weekend driver or something like that so I can only put 7500 on it a year (no Problem)

Jetstream Blue Metallic- 2008 Z06 Corvette
State Farm charges me $468.00 for full coverage on my 2001 SS Camaro. That's for a 6 month policy. We have a total of 6 cars covered though, and the house is on the policy too, so there's a bunch of discounts in there. Comes out to $78.00 a month. 1 ticket for me in the last 6 months, no accidents. My wife has a clean record. I've shopped around a bit, and no one else can touch the rates, so I guess I'm getting a good deal.

You folks that drive your car 3,000 miles or less should check into collector car insurance; The rates are much cheaper. I have an 02 Z/28 insured for 11,000 w/1,000 deductable and am paying 220 in NJ. But, like I said I can't drive it over 3000 miles a year.
please don't mention property taxes
