There is no "rights" being violated here, and the fact that you would consider that to be a right that you have is so ignorant its insane. I mean im a criminal justice major so ive had my share of studies on it but damn son, i mean read the bill of rights a time or two. I think its up to us all to know the rights that make this country great, not just assume that since somethin happens that you dont like, you claim its your right to have it your way. Be informed bro, i mean i know now that you have exercised your right to be a dumbass

Are you kidding me? I totally stand by my last sentence I wrote to you. Grow up dude. There are so many ways of getting out of this HUGE "Dilemma" you are having. Read the previous posts from other people.
I think you make dumbass decisions when you say you would drive under a fucking beam trailor hauling at LEAST 80,000 pounds to impress some baby cannon of a girl.
I have direct deposit and it is awesome. I dont cash any checks, they send me my money. I spend it as needed. Direct deposit FTW.
Kick backs from a bank? No. Thats only in politics dude.
Your talk about 1000 workers is blah to me. I work for a multi billion dollar industry. They OFFER direct deposit. I took it because its sweet. If in fact they have 1000 employees, I doubt they are going under any time soon and taking your money.
They aren't violating your rights, your violating yourself my telling a head x3 boss to fuck himself.
You should be addressing him as SIR. Yes Sir, No SIR.
Being young is so simple in a job with big bosses dude. Say Yes sir, No Sir. And do what the fuck they ask you to do, and they will put you ahead. Trust me.

I do not write checks, checks are for fuck faces at wal-mart who write out a check for 2.50 cause all their cash in in the account. I am refusing to sign it, seriously. If they fire me, then fire me. As for the head boss, he can't fire me for me talking back. It's called growing a backbone. I refuse to have direct deposit. It is not for me and I refuse to deal with it. I already started a petition and it is getting a lot of signatures, with mine of course in marker first taking up three lines.
I may be 19, but this is fucking bullshit. I am entitled to a check.

Oh.. and just so you know.. most checking accounts have debit cards. They're these cool things that work like credit cards. You swipe them, and it charges money to your account so you don't have to carry all of your cash. Cause I would consider someone a fuck face if they decided to carry all of their cash and then whine about it if something happens to it...
I mean.. I gathered from the other posts that you DO have a checking account. I'd like to know exactly why you have one, if you don't ever use it.

quality post right there.
skn ta, you're acting your age here. It's not a big deal and once you have direct deposit you will never want anything else. Marker on a petition....telling the boss he makes fucked up decisions? You may see that as having a backbone and standing up for what you believe in......everyone over the age of 19 and some that aren't see that as silly and childish. Let me tell you how adults handle it. They bitch for a few minutes then just deal with it and adapt to it.
